About us
We started with a problem many families share: it is very hard to find a caregiver you can trust.
"Grandcareyon" helps families send their elderly care needs to licensed care centres, so they don't have to call one place after another, and don't have to take a chance on a caregiver nobody has checked.
What we do
- Collect each family's needs through a simple form
- Contact the family to confirm details and give guidance
- Check each centre's licence with the Department of Health Service Support register
- Pass requests to suitable centres and follow up until the family has been contacted
What we don't do
- We are not a care provider and we don't employ caregivers
- We don't give medical advice
- We don't take payment for care on behalf of centres
