Frequently asked questions
For families
Do you provide the care yourselves?
No. We are not a care provider and we do not employ caregivers. We take your family's needs, check them, and pass them to elderly care centres licensed by Thailand's Department of Health Service Support. The centre provides the care.
Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. Sending a request and getting initial guidance is free. You agree the price of care with the care centre and pay them directly.
How soon will someone contact me?
We usually contact you within 1 working day to confirm what you need. Then we pass your request to suitable care centres.
Who will see my information?
Only the details needed to help you, and only checked care centres you have agreed to. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
How do you check the care centres?
We check each licence number with the Department of Health Service Support register and record when it expires. Centres whose licence has expired or been suspended do not receive new requests.
