The contact details of the person sending the request (name, phone number, and LINE ID or email if given), and general information about the care needed (age range, general condition, mobility, help needed, area and timing). We do not collect ID numbers or medical records at this stage.
3. Why we collect it
To understand your needs, contact you, and pass your request to checked care centres, with your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We share only the necessary details, only with the centres you agree to, and we never sell your data or give it to anyone for marketing.
5. How long we keep it
We keep request data for no more than 12 months after the case is closed, unless the law requires otherwise. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time through the channels on our “Contact us” page. We will act within 30 days.
7. Security
Your data is stored in a system with access controls, is encrypted in transit, and every staff access is logged.
