Terms of use

A draft to be reviewed by a legal professional before the service officially launches.

This English translation is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Thai version, the Thai version applies.

1. What this service is

"Grandcareyon" collects care requests and passes them to licensed elderly care centres. We are not a care provider, we do not employ caregivers, and we are not a party to any care agreement.

2. Your relationship with the care centre

The service details, price and payment are agreed directly between you and the care centre. The centre is responsible for the care it provides under its own licence.

3. Licence checks

We check licence numbers with the Department of Health Service Support register on the date we check them, and we do not pass requests to centres whose licence has expired or been suspended. This is not a guarantee of the quality of care.

4. Not an emergency or medical service

In an emergency, call 1669. Information on this website is not medical advice.

5. Cost

Sending a request is free for families. We may receive a referral fee from care centres in our network. This does not change the price you agree with the centre.

Note: this is a draft that must be reviewed by a lawyer before it is used.
